Nikaido Takashi (二階堂高嗣) Nicknames: Nika-chan, Taa-kun Birthdate: August 6, 1990 Birthplace: Tokyo, Japan Height: 173 cm // Weight: 54kg // Blood Type: B * scaredy cat of the group Short Bio: Kisumai is often compared to Hikaru Genji because their thing is to roller skate. If you get past that ridiculousness, you'll also hear them being compared to KAT-TUN because they also give off the sexy & cool image. The group went through a few member changes early in their formation from 2004 when they were known as Kis-My-Ft. Most notably in their past, they were a 4 member group with Kitayama, Fujigaya, Yokoo, Iida. Iida dropped out of JE and later in 2005, Kis-my-ft2 became the current 7 member group. They have backdanced at concerts for groups such as KAT-TUN and Tackey & Tsubasa and have also been prominent performers at Juniors concerts and stage plays (PLAYZONE, DREAM BOYS, Takizawa Enbujou & Kakumei). They just finished their first solo concert tour, Kis-My-Ft ni Aeru de SHOW, which ran from October 3 - December 27, 2009. Currently, they are concurrently performing in the stageplays "Shinshun Jinsei Kakumei" and "Shinshun Takizawa Kakumei" with Takizawa Hideaki. I'm hoping there are some other Kisumai fangirls out there! I love a lot of Johnny's groups but am throwing a lot of my support behind these boys because they NEED to debut! Kis-My-Ft2 officially debuted on August 10, 2011 after their "Everybody Go" single was delayed due to the disaster in Japan. Did they ever release music? Juniors don't usually do that, right? I'm guilty of skipping the junior performances in KAT-TUN concerts, so I didn't pay any attention at all. If they sound similar to KAT-TUN, I might like them. @debut In the end Johnny does as he pleases anyway. It wouldn't surprise me if they won't debut. I always felt that Yah-Yah-Yah should've debuted - I still feel bad when I think about Shoon. Or that whole mess with NEWS when they debuted. I don't know why Uchi Hiroki is getting all the attention now, for example. People ignore Kazama Shunsuke or Hasegawa who should have debuted a long time ago. Ikuta Toma at least has an acting career going on, and some status in JE. *sigh*

yeah their sound's almost the same as KAT-TUN & no surprises since they have been backdancing for KAT-TUN for quite a while now alongside with A.B.C.Z
Kis My Ft 2 also has a rapper & a beatboxer too but no comedy duo LOL they have some original songs which I like , especially Fire Beat <3 & the group has been around for 5-6 years if I'm not mistaken so 2010 is a perfect timing or so for them to finally debut come on Johnny-san , please please please & that goes for debuting A.B.C.Z , FiVe & Question ? as well ;_____;

I would highly recommend the songs Fire Beat, Hair, Inori, and Goodbye Thank You. Even their covers of other JE songs sound really good IMO.
I'm anticipating that they'll debut this year. I was at the concert where they had the press con and everyone single one of them was like, "I want to debut" and I sort of think management wouldn't let them say that if he weren't planning something. Add that to the fact that they took over PLAYZONE and had their solo concert. *fingers crossed* Lastly, I think it's pretty obvious who my favorite members are by the extra info that I included, hahaha.

i will admit i'm not at all familiar with Kisumai, but i if they're similar to my favorite JE group ever, KAT-TUN, i should give them a try!!
 but i have heard good things about them from the JE fanbase. also, i really want JE to debut a group or whatever who's average age isn't like...14 or something.  but there are rumors spreading around for a debut from these guys. i hope it's true!!

Eirynne , they performed a bit of Fire Beat prior to Tackey's performance of Hikari Hitotsu last year
you can download the subbed clip of Tackey talk with their Fire Beat performance @ http://newshfan.livejournal.com/140220.html but the Tackey talk is hilarious too with comedians Hannya haha that will give you a rough idea on how they sound like & yeah they do sound like a mini version of KAT-TUN , from whatever Shounen Club clips I came across of them my younger sister & I are waiting in anticipation for them to debut & I think I'm not the only one who really wants them to debut like NOWWW D: They have quite a sizeable fanbase so yeah

Kis-My-Ft2 of Johnny's Jr. to Go Abroad with KAT-TUN
 It was announced that the seven-member unit "Kis-My-Ft2" of Johnny's will go abroad in July 2010. They will be go along with their senior group KAT-TUN's world tour "WORLD BIG TOUR" this time, and the member Hiromitsu Kitayama (北山宏光) said: "It's a chance to meet fans around the world, I am so excited!!" "We will try to impress fans while supporting KAT-TUN. Let's do it with vigor! " added Taisuke Fujigaya (藤ヶ谷太輔). Kis-My-Ft2 has started their nationwide tour since March 30, and is supposed to hold 12 performances in 6 cities until May 5, mobilizing 138,000 people in total. They have visited different places in the country since the last tour, Kitayama revealed that "We are aiming for the best entertainers and want to be shining." With the title "Amusement Park", the stage features a runway of roller coaster's railway. They also performed a series songs of senior member, such as the new song of KAT-TUN "Love yourself~君が嫌いな君が好き~", "Paradaisu Ginga (パラダイス銀河)" of Hikaru Genji, "Kamenbutoukai (仮面舞踏会)" of Shonentai, and "Zanbara (ざんばら) " of Masahiko Kondo, as well as they charmed the audience with roller skates performance just as Hikaru Genji did. "We want to become a group unprecedented in Johnny's history and challenge a variety of things!" the new star proved that they had infinite possibilities. Kisumai are so fun in concert. I went to 3 of 4 of their Yokohama shows and will probably go to all their Osaka shows during Golden Week.
 Kitayama's version of "Zambara" is better than Matchy's IMO. And their sempai song covers during the con are SOO CUTE.

A.B.C-Z, Kis-My-Ft2 team up for "Shonentachi" musical
Johnny's Jr. units A.B.C-Z and Kis-My-Ft2 will jointly star in the musical "Shonentachi: Koushi Naki Rougoku," it has been announced. This will be the first time that the "Shonentachi" musical is performed since 1993. "Shonentachi," written and directed by Johnny's Jimusho president Johnny Kitagawa, is a story about a group of young men at a reform school. It was first performed by the four-member group Johnny's (the first boy band represented by Johnny's Jimusho) in 1965, and it was later remade starring SMAP in 1993. This time, the five members of A.B.C-Z and the seven members of Kis-My-Ft2 will be playing the main characters.
