Question not exactly about Ayu, but can anyone tell me who's that chinese (?) actress in GREEN pv?

the girl who dances with ayu?

It's Midoring (I think one of ayu's dancers)

The one in suit, yeah~ She really look like chinese, lol

I only recognize Shuya from her staff because he looks like he's drunk all the time (his face lol) :D

I think it's Midoring, and if so, I guess she's Chinese.. as that ain't a Japanese name.. :P

She's Japanese, Midoring is just her nick-name.

Her real name is Midori Saito.

Really?! I always thought it was the other way around; that Midoring was her real name, and that Midori was her nickname! Aha~ I guess I learned something today :)

And I don't think that she is Chinese...her name sounds pretty much Japanese - Saito Midori, isn't it?!

hah I actually didn't know it either, but for the sake of this thread I looked it up in one of her booklets, and Midori Saito is credited as one of the dancers, so it's obviously her :)

I also wanna know if her name actually means "green", I know that midori means green but I want to know if you actually spell her name with that same kanji: 緑. I think most (all?) of ayu's booklets are in roman alphabet though.

i don't think her name have a 緑 in it since 緑 is for green tea/green stuff etc...?
but again, i am not sure >.>

Her name, Midori, is most probably just a homonym to Midori (green). A lot of characters can make up the name Midori. Like this manga I read, the main character's name is Midori, and the kanji came from Mi (beauty) and Tori (bird).
