OK I'm officially slow!
 

A few weeks ago I was reading about how countdown + Last Links were songs talking about her left and right ear. I read the lyrics and I understood it but I always kept wondering why in the beginning of countdown, I couldnt hear from my right ear that much but I could hear it through my left. As for Last Links, I couldn't hear anything from my left ear. Then I thought, :thud the songs are representing her ears, you dumbat!


LOL I just wanted to share that :D Did anybody have the same issue??

I hear well in countdown... in both sides... right and left... and even more, I feel it's louder on the right side...

but Last links is sth people already noticed, when you listen with headphones there's almost no sound on the left side... we hear like ayu may actually hear... a really distand sound...

I just checked the lyrics. I get that countdown is about her hearing loss (only coz she says
'I'll accept it as it is
On my left side
I need no compassion'

but how is Last Links about her hearing? I thought her right ear was fine :/ am I missing something? lol

When you play Last Links, it only plays from the right side
You should try to listen to the song with earphones on~

Her right ear is fine....that's why you hear the music from the right side!

I hear it more on the right for the first few seconds, then it goes normal. and I am listening with headphones :P but why would Last Links have a connection to her hearing. Surely only Countdown would have the sound unbalanced?

I just listened to all of Last Links using ONLY the left headphone and apart from the first like 5 seconds, I heard everything clearly. Maybe I have super hearing XD or my headphones don't work properly?

oh and I'm doing the same with Countdown now and I hear it all fine. I'm so confused lol

Yeah....you can only hear from the right side for 5 seconds during Last Links~ It only happen in the beginning~

i think i noticed but never thought much about it because songs do that sometimes but now that i know im going to be sad whenever i hear these songs :(

my speakers are flipped so I only hear last links from my left speaker. lol it has to do with the cords and blah blah blah, but because of how my desk and computer are, i have to put the right speaker on my left side and et cetera.

maybe i'm dumb...but would this work for any mp3, or just from the album?

I hear it in Last Links definitely. You can only hear in your right ear for the first 10 seconds of the song, at the beginning. Interesting.

As for countdown, I hear in both ears...

^ Same here; the only connection to her ear I can hear in count down is the "hearing aid" sound at the beginning (o_o)

Oh! I forgot to mention in Coutdown I heard it faintly in my right ear but it was really loud in my left...maybe its just me!

do you all listen to her JP press or OS press? because I cant hear the difference >.<
