please make sure that you enter her name on the first position, and the rest is up to you...

you can pick 5 songs of the year and then best new comer...

the last question is your suggestion for japanese music that you would like to see (like performance, collaborations, etc)

5. after that click on the send button. Now...you will see confirmation page. Just click on this button
