About Love songs CD and DVD art
 

so I've just bought Love songs like 2 hours ago.. :laugh

it's CD+DVD, and it comes with slipcase, the alternate cover is ayu's close-up face, no obi, but as I know the CD artwork is dark brown and the DVD one is soft pink, but the DVD one that I got is in RED... do you guys think it's bootleg??

i don't think it is a bootleg.usually the album that has slipcase does not have any obi

I have the version with the cover of her sitting on the couch and my DVD is pink. could it be that all versions with the close up of her face cover have red DVD's? I think it could be possible since there are red flowers on the back cover and the design team may have wanted to match that. hopefully someone else who owns it can tell you.

nanakopy87 is right on what she said but my Taiwan press / CD + DVD did come with an OBI alongside with the slipcase since avex Taiwan loves to 'OBI-lise' everything xD

Anyway , the DVD of my Love songs is light baby pink in colour & not red :shrug

a few questions to ask to confirm whether your copy is a legit.
where and how much did you got ur copy from?
And you said the booklet mention japan version? where was it stated? I dont remember the booklet mention japan version unless u're saying the printing on the CD and DVD itself.
Japan version CD+DVD jewel case had an 'A' logo on the center piece of the casing imprinted in it.
What is the region code of your dvd?
And is the product labeled AVCD 38217/B?
If possible, a closeup and clear picture of the sticker might help.
Your copy might be an OS press, A BALLADS had the same thing. the CD prints have different colors for both the OS and japan version.

where: from a local record store for $12.5 (the owner said it's legit)
the "japan version" is mentioned on the back cover
there's no A logo in the jewel case

or can you please upload Track 01 - Love song from your own CD Rip in iTunes Plus format (256 KBPS VBR AAC)?? just to compare the spectogram to know whether it's the legit one or not... :D

it's in iTunes Plus format (256 kbps (VBR) AAC), usually CD Rips reached a higher peak than this but the one that zelda-maker encoded from the 48kHz wav files (of the USB version) even has a lower peak... ==a

it does look like its a legit one.just that it is weird that the DVD is in red where as others are pink.lol.

What's your DVD region code? Japan version should be code 2.

It seems legit but there's 3 things that bothers me.
1) The price that you mention is USD$12.5? that is very cheap even for a 2nd hand as it is still a recent album. And u bought it locally means indonesia? More likely that they would bring up the price instead of dropping it right?
2) The Jewel case should have the A logo on the center of the casing refer to picture below. Though it might just be that they changed the jewel casing unless it's brand new that you got it.

3) The sticker seems abit off or maybe it's just that your picture is not clear enough.
I've noticed that the part on the DVD, where it mentions the 3 songs " [Last angel][Love song][do it again]" mine was closely packed together. But from your picture, they seemed evenly spaced out and I cant seem to see [do it again] clearly. Which might just explains that it's ur picture that is not clearly focused.

I'm not gonna upload a rip copy as if they can make a bootleg so legit, I think they can get a ripped copy of the original CD easily.
So your copy might just be a QC failed copy of Love song or a very high quality bootleg o.O"

Usually ayu's Singapore version albums that were sold here are about $21.5

and about the sticker: in the DVD part it says like this:
[Last angel] [Love song] [do itagain]

they mistyped it to [do itagain] instead of [do it again]
and in the CD part, your sticker says like this
01. Love song : ..... (some japanese letters)

but mine is like
01. Love song .... (some japanese letter)

there's no double-dot [:] symbol there

even the booklet's images' colors aren't so bright like the R'n'RC one that I have (singapore version)
