"What I'm able to do is sending my songs." Passing too many conflicts, the songstress still stands on stage with confidence. Having a strong will she opened her heart about her perfect body. Without making a mistake, we saw flexibility heath line which fascinated us. Without overly decorating herself she stood out and gave us a beautiful and strong presentation.

"We saw the truth behind the change in Ayu's body."

We met with the teacher responsible for Hamasaki Ayumi's big body change.

Hamasaki Ayumi-san appeared as the cover girl of this month's issue after about 1 year. At her live show, she fascinated 40,000 people with her music, which is certainly her way of living, fashion, and beauty, and she's always showered with attention with such a unique existence. This time round in this magazine we made a contribution to write about her body. From there on, Hamasaki's body line went under a huge change.

"The rest of the work out makes up my physical strength, I continued running here for several years but because of my knee injury last year I couldn't run anymore. Since it was almost like a daily routine, not being able to run made me stressful, and I didn't know what to do with my lack of physical strength on stage, so I thought of it seriously. Having dancers for several years increased the pressure on me with people to do training with, to me I wasn't facing the increasing pressure but was recommended to do the training. From there I met my physical training teacher. I was beyond surprised to have a beautiful body line, it didn't make me feel aging at all. So I entrusted my body to sensei."

Before the knee injury, Hamasaki Ayumi wanted to take the working out burden. As for the consequences of the training, since her muscles became larger, she requested her sensei to make them slim.

"With the increasing pressure I bleated but it wasn't dull. I had the rhythm and trained with energy, and I was glad that I continued doing so in this short time. I didn't worry about it in the first place because sensei responded to my request."

Beginning of the first day on, a talk is passed now for about 1 to 2 weeks that Hamasaki was able to achieve it. The balance of your slim and flexible muscles became the best part of your body. Currently, the effort that the training brought up to your knees as well started to appear.

"I was surprised by the condition of my body. When the pressure started for two weeks, people around me told that me that it certainly will turn white. I didn't have huge training for my body in the first place but I had an acne, so my body got tired, but now there is nothing of that sort. With my metabolism level rising, if the pressure of my body didn't become better I wouldn't have been able to handle eating meals or riding the van. Even if I apply make up to it under such circumstances, it'd take a lot of make up to revive my body just like now. Today in bea's up magazine I feel that I pulled it off with the make up firmly."

I recognized after experiencing the earthquake what was precious to me.

Recognizing anew the earlier earthquake attack on Japan made me feel what was precious to me. The beginning of next month you appeared for the tour preparations, from the stage, the set list, to changing outfits and were in the middle of deciding when the earthquake hit Japan. During almost deciding the image of the stage, you couldn't completely see the image clearly as a result.

"After the sequence of the earthquake's aftermath damage, I immediately felt helpless. I thought that I won't be able to sing but within me I was questioning myself. But the real question that I was asking myself was "But?"."

You said that you were able to get ride of the helplessness feeling that you had, and after the earthquake you made a live broadcast on 'Music Station'.

"At that time I thought to myself, is it all right for me to appear in a program and sing? Do my songs carry a persuasive power to it? Is it even necessary to begin with? Now, is there anything I can do? I worried about the various indecisiveness and conflicts ( like arriving at the show ) just before starting the show. At the end I talked to the band members and explained that we must sing. So, there weren't any hesitations. After all I was glad that I had a song to sing and healed the whole situation. At the end, I had a very clear idea in my mind for this year's tour."

Just like Hamasaki Ayumi said she had an idea about the stage. From there, while working on your upcoming single you were very focused on the song and melody, which made your voice flow strongly.

The mini album 'FIVE' was created out of my memories.

Tell us Hamasaki, this time did anyone throughout Japan recognize anew any precious thing.

"It's not certain that we'll definitely face tomorrow, so I feel that I made people understand just how priceless thing it was. This includes things like wanting to be beside my beloved person, what I want to do, and where I want to go."

With that Hamasaki Ayumi released her mini album.

"Since I want to present what I want to create and right at the moment, there was a ballad song, there was an up tempo song, a medium song, they weren't united though but I thought of presenting my every day emotions and feelings."

Formally, Hamasaki Ayumi had the confidence 'To sing'. Along with a new song, new season (autumn), and this year's count down live she's facing a lot for the sake of her fans and she will not stop walking but will start to run.
