Hey, there's this Brazilian song that I've loved for about 3 years now, "Longe Demais" by Vanessa Da Mata. I was wondering if anyone who speaks Portugese could translate this song for me into English. I've never been able to find one.

The lyrics are ambigous in portuguese, and some of the structures that make it ambigous don't work in English... So, I kept it literal and tried to make it have some sense in English when I felt the literal translation lacked it.

She's performing this August in my city. :) I'll give an attempt at translating though I'm not that good with it.
