I have some questions about Happening Here. When was it released? Is it a digital single? I'm just curious...

According to Generasia, Happening Here is a digital single (Ayu's second). It was released on iTunes on December 21, 2011. It is a cover song of TRF's song of the same name. TRF is (Tetsuya Komuro Rave Factory). These guys originally released Happening Here/Teens on the same single on December 11, 1995. The single was released in an 8CM and 12CM format.

But I'm still a little curious... Happening Here is not announced on ayu's website as part of her discography.

^ it was just them theme for her concert...
so they released it because she was playing it at the CDL

It´s theme song (Opening song) of AT12^^
It was released digitally, but not in her discography, because "how beautiful you are" was announced as her 2nd Digital Single.
