Ayu Fans Video at Concert?

]I saw this vid on youtube, it looks like the opening of one of the 2011 Ayu concert, and it says 'from ayu international fans to fans of Japan' and it shows pics after pics of a hand in different countries...is that from ayu fans worldwide?? or is that just ayu taking pics when she visits different places? because the japanese subtitles that scroll across the video at the bottom mentioned countries that she hasn't been, including Canada which I know for show as I am from Canada...anyone know what this video is? thanks!

I do believe that was made from someone on here.
I cant remember the name of the person, but it was a video done to some music that someone did.
they took pictures of everyones hands and what not...
the same thing that she does..
under the same sky or something like that.

First time I've seen this!! Is there more videos of this? My hand is supposed to show at 2:59 :D
