How did everybody collect ayumi mp3 ?

Ok, here we go...

I myself have searched through the internet just to find ayu mp3 for 4 years, that is since 1999 when I first play Thousand Arms on my playstation. Whenever Ayu released new single/album, then I just search on internet to find it. But nowadays it becomes very hard to find just 1 mp3. What I mean is the direct download...
But for the people with high speed connection can easily get the file from sharing tools.
But not for me... :(

So just about last year, I've found out that my local disc store
sold ayu CDs too. Wow, it is very happy moment for me. But, later I know that they only sold album CD, not the single CD. Uhhhhh.
After that, I always get ayu album CD, but I missed the ayu-mi-x IV because it already sold out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On my country, I was able to buy mp3 CD too, but to find an mp3
CD with all ayumi song is nearly impossible, coz' they mixed up with other artist too.

About 50% of my ayu mp3 is from the downloading. 40 % from ripping the CD, 10% from the mp3 CD.

Anyway, this is my ayumi mp3 playlist for those who interested...

That is quite a collection there. I have around 350 songs. I get most of my songs from my friends, Yahoo! Briefcase, and here at AHS occasionally.

When I first heard my first Ayu song (Boys & Girls), a friend made me a jpop CD with that song. Later on, I went to a few websites and found things like Fly High, Appears, etc. I kinda continued with that (along with Audiogalaxy) til Feb. 2002, when I started using WinMX and Kazaa. Finally, I got DSL in June '02 and began using DC++, which has been an awesome source of anime, mp3s, and more ;) !

Before I had bought any CDs [so when I had just discovered Ayu], I got all my stuff on KaZaA. But when I got the actual CDs I deleted almost all of the MP3s, except for some tracks that were special or unavailable on CD. Most of that special stuff I get here on AHS.

Hmm there's even no one single mp3 file on my PC... o_o"
I only buy ayu's CDs and downloading her live performances (exclude concerts) guess I'm a pretty loyal fan haha.... =D

I got mp3s through Kazaa... then a couple from sites, some from JPopMusic forums, and a few here... though I can't download the ones I want because some use HJsplit and I have no idea about that, so I miss out... otherwise I'd have more...

You can download HJSplit Pro right here (you will need to scroll down just a tad). The program is fairly simple to use. After you have downloaded all the files that need to be joined together (for example: AyuLive.mpg.001, AyuLive.mpg.002, etc.), start the program up, click "Join", and then hit the button to the right of the "File to join" dialog box. An open prompt will come up. Navigate to where the files are that need to be joined and double click on the first one (AyuLive.mpg.001). Hit "Start" and it will join all the files together. Go to the folder where the file resides ("Output file" determines that) and you will be all set.
