There's one NEVER EVER on Ayu-mi-x 4, that has Jonathan Peters as one of the people who worked on the remix, but thats another version. I don't think this has ever been released. Almost seems like fanwork than offical..

I've actually had a look at other stuff on the MHR youtube channel... it's legit! There's a dub version of Dearest that's DEFINITELY real (but mislabeled as kanariya because someone else is going through this work, not JP or Jim Heinz themselves, and this other guy wasn't sure) here:
