Notable Japanese Plastic Surgeon Dr. Katsuya Takasu has released a ranking of the top faces females seek when coming to him for a consultation. This data was collected by Takasu Clinic from April-July of this year.

We do not know whether those patients refer to older or newer faces of Ayu. Could always be a pre-MY STORY version of Ayu's face, like "I can has A Song for XX nose and Duty eyes, sir?" or "I wanna look like Ayu but don't give me those puffy post-Secret cheeks, mister" :drunk
