Dearest "collectible" - what is this?

is it a book? is it official? I'm a little confused...

It's a Yahoo! Auction but they just translated it to "Dearest" so we'll never find out what it really is lol

Since the MSRP is 2400 yen, I'm fairly certain it's the Dearest vinyl.

from the pricing side... i would say it's maybe the Dearest Single Vinyl... but not sure about this...

If you see that they only ship by EMS then it's because the item is from an auction from auctions.yahoo.co.jp

The extra fees in the detail are part of the extra fee of ordering Yahoo Auctions items through cdjapan

I think it's just the regular CD but listed as collectable. Nothing special, amazon does that too. It's now consider collectible as it's obsolete.

what is that service fee exactly ?

CDJ started this middleman service where you can request items and they'll buy it for you.
