^It's really a surprise, that she's going there to support JJ Lin?

Ayu why don't u come to Singapore instead, since it's JJ's home country. And we all can see U at the same time. hehe.

AyuGAME 13th February 2015 02:42 PM

it must be chaotic there...and wow..its on valentine day i believe she will come with her hubby

AyUmIXx 13th February 2015 02:59 PM

i still wonder is she going to be JJ Lin's guest performer or just a guest sitting enjoying the concert..
and it's still unexpected that Ayu and JJ Lin's are friends lol, and the fact that ayu loves singapore lately haha. probably ayu checked out some great local Singaporean artists who made it big outside of Singapore, then she chose JJ lin lol. haha

She's his guest performer.
And they're not "friends" lol Actually according to articles Ayu wants to expand overseas and she was looking for a Taiwanese singer to collaborate with.
She chose JJ Lin because they have a friend in common... JJ Lin is not Taiwanese but his career is based in Taiwan, I guess that's why she chose him anyway lol

Surreal17 13th February 2015 03:38 PM

I would have loved a collaboration with jay chou

Chris85 13th February 2015 04:41 PM

I'm still hoping such expansion will lead her to Asia tour again.

kiseki89 13th February 2015 05:00 PM

Didnt know she'll be attending JJ's concert. Gosh it has been a long time since I listen to JJ's songs...

Dont tell me the common friend is the TW/HK based Singaporean creative director Alvin Goh?

EDIT:

Ayu-JJ will be the 2nd collaboration under Warner Music after Namie-Jolin

JackieRos 14th February 2015 10:18 PM

Hopefully they don't bombard her.

oh they were not friends before, but they can be friends now hehe
who's that friend btw, alvin goh it seems?
yea i know JJ Lin is from Singapore but career based in Taiwan, just like Stephanie sun. he's good, i've seen his concert when he came to my hometown for a mini concert.

well, it's kinda cool to know that ayu chose a male artist instead of a female one, probably Jolin is already snatched by namie LOLOL :D:D

Oh, of course they can be friends now lol
Yep, it's Alvin Goh...

It seems that Ayu likes collaborating with male artists the most. Except for a song is born, all of her duets were with guys when we think about it lol

Jolin's music style and hers are very different... Jolin's style matches more with Namie's.
If Ayu wanted a famous C-Pop female singer (based in Taiwan) to collaborate with, singers like Jolin or Elva would not fit. Stefanie Sun and A-Mei would though!

mizuki-7 15th February 2015 11:01 AM

She said years ago that if she had to produce someone it would be a male singer too ^^
Keiko is an exception because it's one of her idols but yeah ...

your right but... i always thought the reason for it, had something to do with ayu saying something about how she likes guys better than girls. I don't remember where i read it though. Something about how guys are more sincere than girls. i should shut up now :tired

Yep. Something like that anyway in regards to when she was an idol.

 (S) I suppose many of them were individualists. And looking at them, weren't you in sympathy with them or didn't you feel at ease in the world, as they didn't interfare with each other?
  (A) Hmm ... I had always said that I wanted to quit anyhow. I said so every day.
  (S) Quit the show business world?
  (A) Yes. I had such friends in my generation, but not girls, all boys.
  (S) Was it because girls often quarrel?
  (A) Well, they seemed to me somehow selfish.
  (S) How did you feel, to be honest? Did you feel they didn't take life seriously, or that they belonged to such systems?
  (A) Girls seemed to be ... I felt they weren't competing in a fair manner like boys, though I don't know clearly as Ayu isn't a boy. For example, in the work of photogravures ...
