Chinese Orchestral Versions of Ayu Music.
Just popping by to say I randomly found this-
Princess China Orchestra Meets Ayumi Hamasaki (2004)... A bunch of instrumental covers of Ayu hits using Chinese traditional instruments. Super interesting..and well done actually. eneabba also has a page on this, but it won't load for me. http://searchmp3.mobi/hanabi-china-o...ayumi-hamasaki If this has already been posted before, please delete this! |
I remember when this first came out.... it was right around the time I realized I was pregnant, hahaha :)
The version of "INSPIRE" on this album is a frequent listen for me even now. I love it SO much. |
I heard the album, and is amazing.
I love asian instruments, so this is the HEAVEN for me. |
Oh, I randomly found this several years ago. I forgot where, though.

I must download all album, cuz I'm missing some tracks |
While I'm not exactly a fan of the genre, I do like hearing different takes of well-established songs. As such, it gets the thumbs-up...even though I've only listened to the album a grand total of 3 times or so since I've had it.
But this came out in 2004--it's high time they have a follow-up with Ayu's newer material. Not sure what would make good candidates. |
I really like this release, but did they ever do anything else? even for other artists?
I remember researching them a few years back, but couldn't find anything. Not even their we page was online anymore :( |
Is there anywhere to download the full album? It's not on iTunes :(
|
Since nobody posted it yet, I uploaded the album. It really is beautiful. :)
