Getting a few tattoos soon
 

hi there,

I'm planing on getting a few tattoos Ayu and Namie related.

I will get 2 in 1 1/2 week and I have set 2 more appointments already.

Getting tattoos is so exciting.
What are getting tattooed? lyrics?

I get the tattoo Namie had on her right wrist and the saying "Never Regret Anything" were she has her "Love Peace World" tattoo.

On my second appointment I will get a tattoo on my left uper arm kinda like Namies with a few tweeks, instead of "Haruto" I will get Ayu's Signature and above will be the A Symbol.

On my third appointment I will get the My Story Classical Logo on my right uper arm and a fresh up of my existing tattoo, which is the same Ayu has on her right shoulder, just with the heart being red.

the My story classical logo was something I was thinking of getting as well, but instead I have the NEXT LEVEL tour logo tattooed

Cool, do you guys have photos of your tattoos?

I will make photos when I have got the tattoos and they are fully healed.

The MY STORY logo is really pretty indeed, if I were a fan of the album I'd totally tattoo it :yes

Getting tattoos is really cool, please post them later! :D So far I only have one around my left arm, "Sed libera nos a malo" (which is latin for "But deliver us from evil") in my dad's handwriting, with anberlin's logo on the back. For my next ones I was thinking of lyrics, from Kuu's walk or Dance In The Rain or ayu's Tell All, but I think I'll go for a drawing instead, I am going to some artists this month to decide it at last :)

I'm going to get one from Kuu as well!
Though I don't know yet, what exactly I want. I'm just sure I'll get one for now. :laugh

The bar code or the other one?

I feel the same way. I know I want a tattoo related to my favorite artists, I just have no idea of what exactly I want yet hahaha

For a long long time I wanted to have Heartplace written on my wrist or finger. But I am to scared to get another tattoo. The unrelated to jPop tat which I have now is five years old and a very impulsive act from me turning 18 lol. At the moment I want a white and black swan on my arms but I cannot make up my mind about it. I start to like clean skin as well.

Getting the same tattoos as your favourite artists is a bit risky imo. But it can turn out really nice. I cannot wait to see it! Your ideas sound promising. :) I can remember there is a member on AHS who has a huge tat of Ayu's logo and wing on his shoulder. Unfortunately I forgot his name, but you should look at it!

Now that someone mentioned the bar code Namie had as a tattoo, I wonder how she even got it.. I remember I wanted something like that too and every tattoo artist told me they don't do these bar code things.

I always wanted lyrics tattooed as well, but I have no clue which ones from Ayu that could be since she has so many I relate to

I once started saving on a file all my favorite lyrics verses from Ayu to choose from for a tattoo, but I was never able to decide which one is more meaningful to me >_<

^ yeah they told me because the lines are usually to close together and it could happen that they like.."flow" into eachother after some time and I could end up just having a huge black box. They just meant they don't tattoo things that are too close together but there are also bar codes which lines aren't all that close together..so.. I dunno

I kind of did that too with saving the lyrics but it's still too much to choose from for a final tattoo

^ they have got a point, but then again: if you want a barcode, you should be able get one. Maybe on some place of your body that will not stretch so much in years? Shoulders are fine, and the wrist might be allright as well.

I also want ayu-themed tattoo and even create the design of it
but I'm soooo afraid of pain

The pain really depends on where you do it, the less fat/muscles in the area, the worst. I handled doing one on my arm pretty well, but people say doing it on your ribs hurt a lot. Also, I've heard you can apply some anesthetic ointmemt/cream before getting the tattoo, but I never tried it. Also, keep in my mind the pain is momentary, the tattoo not :) it's worth it

The places where I'm tattooed that have hurt less for me, were on the wrists and somewhere on the shoulder area.

But the lower back and hip area hurt the most for me.
I want to get tattoos on my thighs but I bet this hurts a ton as well D:
