Upbeat songs by Ayu?
 

I'm putting together a list of all her upbeat songs. Help me see if I'm missing any?

If a song has slow verses or a slow introduction it doesn't count (e.g. Microphone, evolution). The entire song must be upbeat.

I have:

• Sparkle (the verses are kinda slow though; might have to remove it)

• talkin' 2 myself (slow verses but feels upbeat)

• UNITE! (slow intro, but it's short enough)

(The most upbeat ones I feel are Fly high, WARNING, Step by step, Boys & Girls and AUDIENCE, among others.)

It is funny that you have included a few songs from which you say they have a slow introduction/verse, but you do seem to forgive that. For that reason, I don't see any reason for not including evolution. That is the most upbeat song I know from Ayu.

My suggestions are:

And these are upbeat to me:

Startin' (if Lady Dynamite counts, Startin' should count too)
1 LOVE

Gosh, now I'm not too sure of the qualifications here. I kind of feel as if Too Late counts. When it comes to upbeat songs by Ayu, I am probably the first (and maybe only) person who will list AUDIENCE as one of my top favorites. :P

Sending Mail is really fast-pace I suppose. But it does start kinda slow. And snowy kiss is like nonstop headache madness. D: And The Show Must Go On... And there's Hana as well. You know, I don't know if you're going for upbeat or fast... I'll be "helpful" and write a list of the ones I feel might maybe could qualify:

I know this is all a little subjective. I kinda felt Replace counted but I guess maybe not.

I can't believe I forgot Startin'! That song is CRAZY upbeat and one of my favorites!

The Show Must Go On would've been perfect if it weren't for those slow-ass verses.

I added evolution, although I still get put to sleep by the intro...that's why I barely listen to the studio version. Mirrorcle World's intro is also long and slow but it feels suspenseful to me.
Generally I tried not to add any upbeat songs with slow intros though, like rollin', because it kills the mood.

BTW, which version of WHATEVER are you referring to?

How about Humming 7/4? ^^

What about We are the QUEENS (minus intro)?

I would probably add "BLUE BIRD" to that list as well :)

Edit: Yea, it has a rather "slow" introduction but overall feels very uplifting and upbeat to me, though.
