Britney vs. Christina?
Ooh... I love these threads...
Who do you prefer Britney Spears or Christina Aguilera... I'm not a "huge" fan of them both, but I do prefer Xtina vocally... Also she can write some good songs, and I like her songs more... As for me Britney seems talentless... completely... And people should not compare her to BoA even though BoA is probably the closest thing to Britney. There is a big difference... WINDING ROAD is NOT Britney Spears material. ...Baby One More Time was pretty catchy though :think So what do you think? :wave |

Image aside, I prefer Christina since she is an outstanding singer, writes good lyrics, and gives very good performances without having to resort to Britney's constant "look at me sexually" dance moves. Britney does have a few catchy songs (I'm embarrassed to actually like Toxic), but definately doesn't have as much singing talent as Christina does. Watching Britney on SNL recently proved to me that she has very little singing talent which is where the power of computers and sound mixers come in. It's amazing how computers can take a bad singer and make them sound flawless. Plus, I actually listen to Christina's Stripped album nearly everyday and love it more and more. Just listening to the song "I'm OK" is enough to prove that Christina has an amazing songwriting ability and excellent control over her voice. I think Britney would do best as a Vegas Showgirl since she, along with the new wave of teenybopper blonde singers, have left their scars upon pop music as a whole. Jessica and Hilary, I'm talking to you too. |

I'd kill myself before ever, ever liking either of them. They can't sing, they're skanks.. Britney's only famous because she's famous. She's completely and utterly talentless. Christina is a **** in my humble opinion. Her voice shatters my ears and makes me want to stick knives in them just for relief. *shudders* :weep |
