My friend is leaving for Tokyo tomorrow and said he'd stop at the MTRLG store in Shibuya if I wanted and buy me clothes- I need the address, though!

Where are the MTRLG stores in Tokyo?? I need addresses! If anyone who can translate - http://www.mtrlg.com/menu.html - could translate that "go to STORE" - I'd greatly appreciate it!!
