I wish I could do that fortune thing, but my computer can't read that Japanese.

It seems that the "Ayupan" checks such things as judgement of affinity, a person's amount of stress, as well as their health, according to such sites as NikkanSports and Sanspo

Recently, there's a new device (which looks like an Ayupan) that can "tell fortunes" by scanning your eye, from what I could tell by an auto-translation.
