help please!!
today i went to chinatown and was so surprised to find ayumi's single NOTHING FROM NOTHING. i wanted to get it but i wasn't sure if it was a bootleg or if it was real. it was in the "real" section of the store. the cd looked exactly like this:
http://www.freewebs.com/ayu001/n4.JPG the company is Ho Son...is it a bootleg? |
I don't think that's authentic, since it shows Ayu's name in Chinese (and I'm not aware of there being an OS version of it). I think it should've looked more like what's shown on the bottom of this page

Everything by HoSon is a bootleg.
There was never an authentic overseas version of 'Nothing from nothing' released. So yes...it's a bootleg. If you want to get it for fun, go ahead, since the only time I saw the real thing was for $880HKD. But if you're getting it under the impression it's going to be a collector's item, don't. |
there is nothing special with that single anyway !
|
It is special in that you prolly can't find that single anymore while walking into a cd store! It's rare...

Unless it specialized in rarities. Copies of that CD go for hundreads of dollars on Yahoo Japan. You can however find a CD called "The Past of A.Y.U.", which was relased when Ayu became famous, but Avex made the company who produced them stop.

There's loads of those "The Past of Ayu" CDs on Yahoo!JP Auctions.

oh
how much they cost? |
US$5 - 15 starting bid, it depends on the seller.
