Maybe in 2-3 weeks it can break 300k, but that's only if sales don't decrease drastically.

Worth mentioning though, is that she still sold more than new, just released singles by Miyavi, Kaori of ELT, and Rina Aiuchi...those being the most popular of the new releases that she did better than. She's number 6 on daily though, so her ranking may be better next week (though actual sales most likely won't be).

Yeah, eventually I am sure it will make 300k. Is that some sort of special mark though? Or must the next even hundre thousand?

yeah eventually she will beat 300k, but it just depends on when :)
if you havent contributed to the sales yet, do it now! make the sales go up higher quicker!!
