Mexican singer COPIES Nami Tamaki's song!
 

Well i'd like to thank a friend from ayunite who told me about this song.. and i was like WHAT! :o!!! so i search for Nami's Version and i found it and I was like OMG! that BELINDA! (mexican singer 16yo or something) stold her song!!!!!

Nami Release her single in January for the song HIGH SCHOOL QUEEN

and Belinda on April.. i think..... and i don't know if there where any singles before...and her song is called BOBA NIÑA NICE (Teenage Superstar) <-- Don't ask me why :lol:

So here i share with you both songs.. please comment. I hate when this things happen..

Belinda is like let's say and ashlee kind of artist, the one that is made overnight for kids to love... and it makes me mad cause some friends said that this girl belinda wrote her own lyrics.... I have to check the booklet of her album what it says.... I bet they talk about the same thing!

well i need to check Belinda's Cd booklet or ppl who have the single of Nami should check the CD booklet too....

But i doubt Namie Copies Belinda since.. i think Namie has be around more han this belinda girl..

and now every time i listen to Nami's song i remember Belinda's version and that really SUCKS!!! :(

Are you sure it's just not a cover? Nami might be making money off this lol. Dunno if related but I noticed that in Korean Soap Operas they "rip" off a lot of songs anyways :P . I use "rip" because I'm sure they're just doing a cover, so the original artist gets some settlement.

too bad he sang it better than she did..=P....he really did though..heh

Do you realize that if they actually DID copy there would be a huge lawsuit flying around? Obviously there isn't one; so that means there wasn't any copying.

Songs can have the same melody, background music, sound .. heck even words. Its still all going to be legal. The record companies wouldn't be dumb and put themselves out to be eaten by lawyer rats.

Nami didn't copy the A*Teens .. the A*Teens didn't compose that song, they're record company bought rights to use it, as did Nami's. I'm sure the same goes for Belinda and Nami.

I'm thinking the same thing.

The writer probably sold the song to both people. This isn't the first time this happens in Jpop. Namie's Say The Word is another example, a european girl group recorded the same song only in english. There's tons of other examples. Nobody copied anybody, they just share the same song from the same producer/songwriter.

But I prefer Mika's voice :P
