Requirements in becoming a moderator?
 

umm well i just wanna know what u have to do or need to become a moderator? hmm...i would like to be one XD

and wats is the difference in these:
Administrators
Guardians
Protectors
Sentries

WOW!! Qt Mashi, you're already a RAINBOW INITIATE!! I'm not surprised if you become a staff! I also want to! XD And I second that question! I also want to know about the staff categories: sentries, protectors, guardians.. They sound so LOTR-ish..

I'm sure one of the senior members can explain the different titles better than I. As for how one becomes a helper, members submit suggestions and those picked serve for a term of 3 months. Post count has nothing to do with becoming part of the temporary or permanent staff.

Is becoming staff based at all on age? If so i'll never have a chance :(

ehh, 13 1/2..i guess my B-day kinda gets that confused, i once asked my dad how old he was, and he counted (for like ever) and said i was 13 when i was 12 >_>;; anyway, thanks^. Oh & BTW, i read that thingy link already. now i get thinsg a little straighter

Like devilayu posted, this is covered in the AHSF Rules and Regulations, specifically Section 8: Moderation Duties and Boundaries and Section 9: Selection and Removal of Administrators and Moderators.

yeah, I read it.. It was really creepy because it was very formal... kinda like an undertaker doing their work..

hmm...it looks like eventually i'd have a 'chance' at it.
that would be nice within a year or more i could become the youngest to become Staff for a while :D

please take note that post count or age have nothing to do with selecting moderators...(age and maturity are 2 different things.)

well, If you ask me to be formal/mature I could be that anytime but otherwise I´m myself when I post XD maybe I´ll just lay back and see what happens and think about if I could take on work like that ^^
