does anione noes how to upload pictures... that is in ur com??
is there any application???

When you reply or start a new thread,
there's an option "Attach file" right at the bottom of the white reply area.

there you'll see a browse icon, click on it, then search for the pic to upload, double click and submit reply

check out "Image and Signature hosting" topic, seems like some sites are available for picture uploading
