Instruments?
 

I heard Ayumi used to take Piano but I was wondering does she play any Other Instruments?

Didn't she say in an interview she did around when "My Story" was released that she had started practicing with a guitar? It was in one of those music magazines, though I can't remember which. (CD Data? Girlpop?)

^yeah, she definitely did say so. But I've never heard anything else about it. I actually thought she had planned to do some lives playing the guitar, but I dunno what happened to that idea. :shrug

But she said she had been learning to play guitar, that hopefully she can perform in the future. She said she's always wanted to play it but she never got around to learning it.

Ayu would have to give up those long nails if she decides to play, though.

^ I'm sure that with her expensive nail artists, she can put long nails back on after she played the guitar... and yeah she IS learning to play the guitar.. It will be really good for her image if she plays an instrument.

Very very true...long nails and guitar = not good. I only know this because I have a friend who likes to keep her nails naturally long....but, since she's a music education major, she has to learn all the instruments (including the string instruments). My friend was rather upset when she had to give up her long nails for a while when she was taking those classes.

Maybe if Ayu starts playing guitar she won't need the backup singers...;)

Aren't Ayu and hitomi friends? Maybe hitomi will teach her
