should i buy overseas my story dvd or japan version? why is overseas so much cheaper? what's the difference? us it a bootleg?

No, Japan versions are sold in japan.
Overseas are sold in the rest of asia and are licenced by Avex Asia

Overseas editions is cheaper because they compete on a different market. The Japanese Versions are meant to be sold only inside the borders of Japan, where CDs simply are a lot more expensive.

Of course they're not pirated. They're cheaper because they are, as stated, meant to be sold outside of Japan. I always get the OS version unless there are extras in the Jpn verion.

I guess its cheaper because only who stay oversea can buy it, also for a matter of region of Dvds
(the rest of Asia have region 3), but for Europe who have region 2 like Japan, then we have to buy the Japanese Ver...
I am buying Oversea ver. from 2/3 months because I have Region Free Player ^^
But there are many places who sell bootlegs by everanime :(
