Is it normal that Yesasia doesn't have your tracking code sometimes?

I just ordered a copy A museum DVD and Its been shipped out a couple days ago but there is no tracking code, just an an NA symbol. Is it normal for that to sometimes happen?:tconfused :

what`s a tracking code? I just ordered (miss)understood CD+DVD (with the photo album; Japan version) yesterday.

Its a code that lets you see how your package is doing on the way. Like its stops and when its arriving and such things like that. You can use the code on your delivery service's website.

It depend whether you used as the shipping method STANDARD or EXPRESS service. If it's STANDARD you won't get tracking code. It is available only with EXPRESS method (refer to YesAsia help section).

BTW. N/A means "Not Applicable", so you must have used the STANDARD method (free one).

It's a number that can help locate the package if it's missing. You can track the package and know exactly when and where it is/were.

^Ayu fan, if you can't locate the tracking code, it will be at the left hand top corner. it's under your confirmation number.
