What's that new button...
 

what's that new button over on the far right corner by quote with a piece of paper and quotation marks? Is it one of those new things that came with the matinence on AHS and how do you use it?

or has it always been there?!:thud

a mulit quote... if you want to quote more than one person... better than copying and pasting!

you click that button of all the people you want to quote and then when you are finished you click replay/wquote and viola!

Question... does it work on one page at a time though?

I think the new button is fabulous!

xiaou, I think this was pretty recent...well, it was here when I came back...so I'm new to it too!
and Yarumi, it should probably work with multiple pages right? Because the button turns red when you press it, and stays until you press "reply w/ quote".

I guess it's not in every skin yet. I had to change skins just to figure out what you guys were talking about.

WOW, I never clicked it for fear of anything might go haywire. Thanks for the info though, it sounds so great. Sure beats the endless copying/pasting.

You know, with buttons and gadgets on the internet, you can just hover over it and it will likely tell you what it is.

AHS is simply getting better and better!

it is the first time i see a forum with such a feature!

I love all the new small additions to AHS, it's a great feeling seeing the page being updated and new features being added only to make the life for us users a bit easier :).

i'm confused...i click the buttons, they turn red on each post i select, but then what? i have no "reply w/ quote button." or is that still not on my skin maybe?

You select all the buttons, then you click Quote on a random message, and all of the messages selected will be quoted, but I don't know if the buttons you need exist on your skin/theme, I use vBulletin3.

In addition of immel's post, you can also click "post reply" button.
