What's the difference between japanese and overseas versions of CDs?

i think that japanese version 's cd is looks better than the oversea version...........and japanese is sell in japan.......and oversea version is ONLY for some country outside japan and oversea version can't sell in japan.......( i think it's has a law for it).......and the japanese version is expansive than oversea version..........mostly japanese version is for around $ 26 ~ 29 dollars.............and oversea version is only about $ 16/17 ~ 19 dollars or something like that............(maybe that's why it can't be sell in japan).........................i hope this info can help anyone who wants to know what's the different between japanese version and oversea version !!

the japanese version has better packaging thus it cost more(ten dollars more to exact) while the oversea version has normal packaging. I think the overseas version is manufactured in hong kong. Cant be sure though

also overseas version have a separate sheet chinese translation of the lyrics...and some features only appears in the japanese version, say for example, when RAINBOW was released, only the japanese version gives u the password to login online to ayu's special site back then
