I think it's cause her arms were scrunched up against her body due to having to hold a mic and stuff.. you know?

But the wierd thing is she is often seen doing that in lives... so why does it look "fatter" this time? =\

Probably because her arms have a round appearance. Rather than being like two long twig-like arms.. they're slightly round on the sides. :D
