Beyonce. Her hair isn't big enough, she isn't enough of a hosebeast, and... she.... she just isn't. She's not old enough.

I don't think age is what matters. Cher is a lot older but she is not exactly an amazing singer. Same happens with Madonna. I think talent is the important thing, and it's not like there are many impressive singers in this poll.

kylie -- she's too nice to be a diva!!!

explodingbird 17th October 2006 08:27 AM

I think Cher used to be able to sing very well.

Madonna had a nice voice in the late 80's/early 90's, too. You don't have to be Whitney Houston (POLLMAKER, WHERE THE HELL IS WHITNEY?! And Aretha, too) to be vocally talented. You don't even have to be a Mary J. Blige.

As much as I love Ayu, I vote for her, since she's not as "diva-ish" as the others.

This is pretty much my reason for voting for Namie. At least Ayu's worn plenty of glamorous/crazy diva outfits.

I didn't say they are not vocally talented. I said they are not impressive. I personally kind of like Madonna, but to me she can't be a diva with such average voice. I know that being a diva is not just about the voice, though.
