COMPLETE LIVE BOX A Sticker Versions?
 

CHAS_AYU notified me about this on MSN, both of us are curious on what the different sticker versions are. First I guessed one might be for the overseas edition, but I figured all of them are in Japanese. He found those on Yahoo Auctions.

I'm pretty sure all 3 are retail versions, but what do I know :/.

did you noticed there are different dates on them? ver.1 - 31.12.2003, ver. 2 - 28.12[2?].2003. Maybe they were selling them during the AT03-04 o_o ver.3 does not have such thing

I noticed that I put [2?] not for ver1 but for 2 xd

Ver. 1 is the latest released one? (As suzaku mention the date written on it is 2003.12.31)

For Ver. 2, the date on the sticker is 2003.2.28.

This Box set is released on 2003.1.29.

I guess when the first issuing of the box sold out, they made a new one. And then they made another one because they planned to sell it at AT0304, because they thought it'd sell enought there to make another issuing of it.

That means the blue sticker is the 1st press ver.

which one is blue? o_o'

I think they are in dark blue

Why the hell they don't want to re-release this box :/

Because the interest in it is pretty low right now, I think.

Re-releasing stuff is costy, promotion and all, they need to be sure to sell a pretty amount of them to do something like that.

I wouldn't mind seeing a new 4 DVD version of it up, though.

I have one of the first pressing versions then, I guess...my sticker is dark blue and it came with the CDL 02-03 DVD already included. I guess in other versions of the box, they just gave you a voucher and you were supposed to send it in to get a copy of the DVD...or something like that.

The bottom of my box lists the date as Jan. 29th, 2003.

but they released some stuff which was still on the market. They just gave lower price, there was no big promo with it. They could release it in the same time

@chocopockyloveyourname - The one with CDL0203 included is the overseas edition, all of those are Japanese releases.

I think it's the other way round. The 1st press editions are those without the 4th DVD which is the countdown live 2002-2003 they didnt provide it in the boxset cos it hasnt been recoreded which means this edition is released before the countdown live. Therefore it is the 1st pressed and you'll have to get the copy latest by 2003/2/28.
And the later version will have the 4th DVD in the boxset since the countdown live is already over.

my box set hasn't got the sticker on... i preordered mine in hong kong hmv when it was released

By what I know none of the Japanese versions had all 4 DVDs. That was an exclusive for the overseas edition.

^ No, my box is a Japanese edition. And it came with the 4th DVD. @__@
