mp3 compression program + megaupload question!!

Well.. I wanna compress my mp3s so who knows simple program to do it? Or anything, I downloaded few but they suck >_<
And I don`t get megaupload!! I can`t download anything unless I download that stupid toolbar.. who knows what I will pick up with that x_x

Compress mp3 to a file that is still mp3 but has a smaller file size?

Can you give an example of one of those programs you tried? Then I can look into it as I will know more what exactly it is.

hm.. i dont know. I deleted them right away. :( I need them to compress from 320kb/s to 192kb/s... If you know please tell me. thanx ;)

I use Easy CD-DA Extractor to encode mp3s with.
