Vcds

I dunno if this has been asked before, but can someone give me a lowdown on VCDS?

How do they work, do they run on a computer, do you have to have a region free playing? Please?

I want the Stadium Tour vcd, but I'm afraid it will not play if I get it since I have never used a VCD.

All VCDs will play on a computer since it is basically a CD. There is no region-encoding with VCDs so all you have to do is insert it into your CD-ROM and the files will play.

Some DVD players (not all) also play VCDs.
