Where's the Yaiko love? I can't believe her official thread only has one post. Does anyone else love her? I discovered her a long while ago, before her fifth album was even released, and I had forgotten about her for awhile, but I'm once again listening to her music because it's just so awesome. Life's Like a Love Song is without a doubt one of the absolute most beautiful songs of all time.

She used to make excellent music...however after Air/Cook/Sky, her songs became completely mediocre never to rise again. She can't release anything appealing anymore.

Mikansei no Melody is one of the best JPOP songs ever.

^agreed

her first couple of albums were fantastic!

i got ITS A NEW DAY for my birthday when it came out, and i think ive listened to it once.
shes just become flat....:/

I've only listened to CANDLIZE and I loved it, (the tags were screwed though and I got rid of it xD). She's really interesting, I wouldn't mind listening to her stuff again. (Anyone wanna upload a fave album for me? :innocent )

I went on Google and found these links:

Air/Cook/Sky

Candlize

The tags are all good too. Those are my two favorite albums. i/flancy is a close third though, if not a tie for second.

But I agree with IB. I haven't been hooked to any of her newer songs (i.e. those past A/C/K). They just don't grab me the way some of her older ones did. Her voice is still just as unique, but the style is perhaps too typical.

^ Thanks :D It usually happens when you get into an artist though, their style is almost recycled, maybe a few tweaks here and there but same stuff in general.
