NANA starring Mika Nakashima - My Way
what do you guys think of this song (for those who have listened to it)?
i find myself smiling whenever i listen to it, its just so funny |
I like it, it's very playful. A nice way to finish off the album.
i do not like this song
so weird for a Blackstone album for me :) |
I was damn freek out and tramatised when i heard that, i was like "omg is that mika?". From that point onwards, i always skip the last track :D
I liked it, although I was kind of hoping it was going to be sung like Frank Sinatra's version.
Lol, she sounds drunk! Sounds like a bunch of girls out on a hen night or something.
mi|kshake~ |
Not my favorite track but I really enjoy it.
It's a fun track. Sounds like a drunk sing along. It's nice to hear Mika kind of let loose, since her vocals sound so calm for a rock album. Cute end to an interesting (and entertaining) album.
i listen to it once, then i never listen again.....
I absolutely hate it. In a small way, it kind of ruined the album for me.
I think it's psychedelic! Like crazy, drunk, fun! But I don't really like it though it's a fun song.
Can someone upload the song, never heard it before.
^ You're probably better off that way...
^ True, true.
I HATE it!! The rest of the album is so much better and then this...... thing! comes up. >_<' I just end up thinking :'kill me, kill me now....' And Kodayumi, you're AV/Sig is too cute. I always end up staring at it. |
I hate it - it gives me a FREAKING HEADACHE!! The whole album is great apart from this song - I always skip it!!
I heard it for the first time about half hour ago... then listened to it twice more ^^. I dunno why but i enjoyed it lol
This song is kind of cute. She doesn't sound very sober in it, but I think that was the intention.
It was kind of a fun homage to Sid Vicious' version of the song on the first listen, but after that it becomes exceedingly clear that the song is garbage. I really love Sinatra's version, and I think if she actually sang it Mika's cover could have been amazing.
A drunken night out will always sound like a drunken night out.
Mika should have sang the Frank Sinatra version - however than the song wouldn't fit in with the rock/punk album - still she could have made an effort to sing it better atleast and not tried to copy Sid
