These icons sometimes do get messed up like that, it happens to me too. Not quite sure of the fix or what causes it to be honest.

Maybe you clicked and dragged something by accident? My AHS icon is AHS with ayus eyes above it. Never happened to me t ho.

i think it is just messed up. reboot your computer andit will be fine again.
