How do u upload pics from My Documents to here?

I seriously have no idea on how to go about doing it so any guidance will be greatly appreciated. Thx in advance.

Oops. Posted my topic in the wrong place.

There are two ways:

1. Open an account with frailart or another image hosting site and upload your files there (Look here ).

2. Upload files to the forum using the "Attach file" option. This option appears on the reply page.

I've tried that a number of times, but it doesn't seem to work. After I select the file from my computer, do I have to do something else? :confused

Oh no, my pic is too big. 456,589 bytes. Is it possible to shrink it?

it doesn't work - after I select the image, it appears in the box next to "browse", but after I click "preview", the text disappears :(

U muz activate the "yes" word "(The database currently has the following custom avatar in your name: If you want to keep it as it is, leave the fields below as they are.)"

It is juz at the beside "Use custom avatar
Note: the maximum size of your custom image is 250 by 250 pixels or 614400 bytes (whichever is smaller)."

Sorry 4 probing in but erm I just wanna know if anyone here does happen 2 know how 2 shrink an image size?

Does uploading the huge pic onto Geocities etc help?

U can use adobe photoshop or irfanview to shrink the size

no, you can't link to geocities - geocities doesn't allow it.
