New parapara unit Kingyo -debut single out 07.11-

Kingyo, a new parapara unit featuring Girl's BOX members Yuu Hasebe, Aiko Kayo and Nao Nagasawa, will release their debut single on July 11th. The title track will be used as the ending theme for the upcoming "Girl's BOX THE MOVIE."

The unit was conceived by fellow Girl's BOX member Nanase Hoshii, who will act as producer.

ugh! I hate the covers. The song sounds so-so from the preview. No need to worry, they're no competition to Gyaruru~! lolz

The song sounds okay, it's a bit more serious than hinoi chi and gyaruru though. More trance inspired than pure popish eurobeat.

maybe i will listen. sounds slightly interesting. +i have been looknig for some new music

It's released a week today? Has the PV aired yet. The preview sounds mediocre, but I'd rather judge on the full track.

As far as I know their video hasn't aired yet. avex is really sucky about promoting smaller artists. It'll probably air a few days before the release and that'll be it. Since these three girls already have their own fanbases, I think avex is just expecting the fans to support the unit without putting much promotion behind it.

For Aiko's last solo single, the video didn't play on TV until nearly a month after the single had already been out. x_x

avex spends too much time promoting huge artists who everyobdy knows of anyway ...

they dont promote their minor artists!

I already had the CDs on order before the previews were out, since I'm a fan of the girls, heh. The song sounds pretty good.

Kazushi Miyakoda did the lyrics & composition, while Shohei Matsumoto did the arrangement. Both individuals have done work for avex in the past.

why are they naked on the cover, hahahhahahha but as for the music\, sounds typical, and slightly mediocre........i dont really like the single covers either, could've been more creative, the pic above it is much better in my opinion

I believe Kazushi's worked on most of Nao's solo releases. I know Shohei has done a lot of trance/eurobeat remixes, including the ones on Nao's first avex-released album "BODIES."

Aiko Kayo > Ai Kago, imho.

Yuu's solo? I think she has the best voice, but Aiko is my favorite <3
