Why Was the "Hablemos en Espaņol ~episodio II~ Thread moved?

Well that's my question. Why were they moved to that subforum along with the French Thread & other languages?? :(

XFER 9th July 2007 02:56 AM

Yeah, I also want to know. It's not like the thread is a game.

minkAYuko 9th July 2007 04:31 AM

but is for chatting and I'm guessing when you post in this subforum you dun accumulate "number of posts" this happens in other forums... is not a game thread but it's not something relevant either.

holaa!

Maybe...

austin. ♥ 9th July 2007 05:10 AM

maybe tehy'll change the sub-forum's name?
into like.. language chat rooms?
i'll bug off now..

bulmasman 9th July 2007 05:09 PM

The threads were moved since, although not a game, due to their nature they are limited to only a certain amount of people. Although post counts don't really mean anything, at the same time it's unfair for people to be getting a higher post count through threads which basically exclude a majority of members at AHS.

Adrian20 9th July 2007 05:51 PM

I understand your point.

But to me it's not important how many posts I make in this forum... I just come and comment on things I want to say. It's not like my life will change If I have 5000 posts on me or anything.

I do feel its unfair it was moved to that subforum since there are other threads of people not really talking about anything important either (Like "Yey I Have 2000 posts!") & they're just obviously trying to get higher posts (cause to them maybe it matters & they're lives depend on it)

But anywayz I'm not a Mod or anything. I will respect the decision & thanks for explaining. Hopefully My opinion doesn't offend anyone cause it's not meant to offend.

^I see you're point, but really you're talking in spanish right? Like Chatting right? Before the Game Forum was taken down the first time there was a thread there called the chat thread, where all you did was chat in english, its just there because centrally you're talking about anything. The same thing could be applied here.

extepan 10th July 2007 06:58 AM

What Song Are You Listening To? threads do not exclude anyone, so why were these moved?

Calico 10th July 2007 07:38 AM

^Because they don't really offer up an discussion, ie. are just one line posts. (or at least I believe so, I only went in there a couple of times, ever) In the past it was considered a game. Threads in the posting games forum can still be replied to, you just can't start new threads in there for right now.

minkAYuko 10th July 2007 07:56 AM

^ ah interesting!! s

I dun see the drama here ( and I know drama lol) it has been like this before...

Adrian20 10th July 2007 07:09 PM

Who said there was drama here anyway?

its just something we asked that we wanted to know & since we know now it's cool.

minkAYuko 10th July 2007 09:35 PM

ok then!

bulmasman 10th July 2007 11:04 PM

Since this seems to have been cleared up i'll go ahead and close the thread. Thanks for understanding.
