Sure you can always email them, there should be an email address on their official website (avexnet.or.jp) - but if they are going to do anything about it or not, nobody knows. There's plenty of stuff that has uses unlicensed photos of Ayu, but I haven't heard of Avex taking any serious actions against such acts.

It's not publicity for her if they don't know who she is-- my friend even had to ask me whether it was ayu or not, and she's a casual ayu fan.

This isnt the first time and wont be the last. In the end of the day who cares, Publicity is Publicity.

I doubt Avex would take any action. XD Only companies like Sony do such things. =p

In the china town in Picadilly, London., it was pretty amusing to see Ayu used to advertise many things. Cellphone cards, nail art, and make-up XD

trust me, she's been used alot. while i was in taiwan, there was some advertisement for eye-enlargement surgery. they prolly used ayu (well, technically her eye) to show that 'YOU CAN BE PRETTY AND ALIEN-LOOKING LIKE THIS LADY!' or something like that
