i think it's one of her outfit in -Dancing Forever World Tour-..as i remembered seeing this outfit while watching short videos about the tour on taiwan entertainment news on tv. However, i unable topinpoint on exact country.

^ can't be tours of J-Game or Castle album as if u've noticed the small cutesy hat on jolin's head is what jolin uses constantly during the Dancing Forever World concert tours.

edit: I checked in my computer files and I have tons of pictures with this dress. However, its written either Hong Kong or 2006. So I'm almost positive it's from the Dancing Forever concert.
