Why did Ayu cry in one of her 'Heaven' live performance
 

I was watching her Heaven' live performance video, she had this white T-shirt on, and red wrist band (you know for basketball) on right hand, and black one on the left hand, and half way through the song she started tearing up.

I know the song is kind emotional, my question is did she do that for a special occassion? or just felt sad for obvious reasons unknown to me

she cried when she sings Who... too... probably she DID that as a performance to the song... but i personally think that song makes people feel teary... so she crying to that song is not weird...

It was her ARENA TOUR 2006, so yeah, you could say she did it for a special occasion.

Her 'crying' part is nice.. very touching.. makes me teary too..

a lot of her teary songs are inspired by events in her life, like memorial address was inspired by the passing away of her father. that kind of connection probably makes her tear whenever she performs the song. she looked like she was genuinely crying in the PV also.

Heaven itself is a sad song...moreover she sings it live and the whole atmosphere is so calm, thus making her overwhelmed with emotions very easily....

Her crying here and her crying in Who... are for completely different reasons.

Thank you for posting the video. Hell I wasn't able to make it through the first two minutes without tearing up--it's a wonder Ayu did.

When I first watched this performance on my DVD, I thought the same thing. I had wondered if it was just the emotion in the song itself, or if she thought of someone or something. :)
