That's interesting that BBC and some other international sources publish things about Ayu. She is propably the best known Japanese artist outside Japan itself.

Wow...I'm surprised at how many foreign articles are appearing due to this. I know she was well-known, but I guess I never really realized HOW well-known she was. If BBC has reported on this, I wouldn't be surprised if I find an American article soon.

It's weird in the articles from Belgium and France, they're comparing her to Beethoven... well, I find it weird, because wasn't he COMPLETELY deaf? Yeah, that, and Avex hasn't commented yet apparently. I can't say I'm too surprised, since she was the one that told everyone about this, and she was the one that gave us details and stuff. There's not much else for Avex to say, I guess. |
