RAINBOW setting looks funny in Vista
 

Exactly that. I'm not sure if it's a problem with my computer specifically, but the RAINBOW setting looks off in Vista. And by off, I mean the top picture (where it says Ayumi Hamasaki Sekai A friendly international...) doesn't match the background. The right side's fine, but the left's colors don't match the background's colors.

Now this isn't a huge problem or anything, and I don't really care; but I'm not sure if it's just my computer or all of Vista, and I just thought I'd point it out. :P I'm just more curious than anything :P

Err...now that I think about it, I'm wondering if it's because my laptop's resolution is 1280x800....O_o Maybe?

Hmm, odd... come to think of it I've never accessed AHS on Vista before but XP and Mac OSX work fine (if the problem is rooted in the OS).

I also have 1280x800 so I can assure you that's not the reason.

Have you tried another browser? Or what browser are you using? (I.E., Firefox etc.)

Yeah, same here. The left side is darker than the right and doesn't blend into the background. I actually never noticed it until you pointed it out. Haha.

OOOHHH!! Now I see what you're talking about!!

It's because the header image is an image by itself and the background for the actual forum is -behind- it so to speak.

If you make the browser window smaller you can see that at some point it will blend, but the bigger the window, the more it 'moves out of place'.

It's not really a problem that can be -fixed- haha. And it's not just you.

Yeah, I think RAINBOW is made for 800x600.

^ Yeah it's the browser size. On my old computer, with the browser fully open (800 x 600) it's just fine, but on my new computer (800 x 1280), it's off.

LOL. So it IS the resolution size! XD Glad to have that cleared up. :P And glad to know I wasn't the only one. I thought I was going crazy. >_< Thanks you guys!!! :D

Oh wow, your signature is now perfectly aligned to the right. Yeah, I remember using this setting back when I was a newbie at AHS, but I can't stand the grey and white. I need some blue in my life. <3

So what skins do you guys use anyway? I use RAINBOW because it doesn't hurt my eyes XD!

^^I think there's already a poll on that someplace, but I really like RAINBOW because it's really colorful and doesn't look like those standard message board layouts. :/ Sometimes I switch to Rain or whatever the default one is to mix it up once in a while. :P
