Updated Info (Included Composer) of upcoming TBS Drama theme song "forgiveness"

"forgiveness" will be a ballad. J-pop.ne.jp calls it a "grand ballad." Ayu's old friend D-A-I (Dai Nagao), who has previously written/cowritten many Ayu hits, is the composer of "forgiveness."

The next Ayu single "forgiveness" will be out next month. More info on the single here:

This sounds pretty cool. In an ideal situation I would like Ayu to have at least co-composed the song, but maybe I'm asking too much. I have faith in D-A-I though. He's great, and has done a lot of cool stuff with Ayu songs in the past.

D*A*I is groovy! i would've rather ayu composed or atleast co-composed this song, but mabey she's having a hard time composing something new. any way, i am really excited!

Thx for the info grant. Btw, what is a "grand ballad". DAI always composes excellent songs, so this one should be quite enjoyable to listen to.

yea, this has got to be her big ballad all the year, this one usually doesn't disappoint, I'm looking forward to it, even though there's no CREA in it, by DAI is enough to boost some confidence ^^

DAI stand for Dai Nagao the leader of the Do As Infinity group. As you can see they named the band after his initials. He used to appear together with Tomiko Van and Ryo in PVs and concerts but he decided to compose the songs not only for DAI but also for other artists/bands so he left the scene from Do As Infinity even though he's still active in composing songs. LOL my theory really seems to be working hehehe j/k Wonder if a Tsuki ni Shizumi ~episode II~ will be released :P:P:P:P:P
