Ayu - unfair acting on AT 07

I was watching the doc from AT07 And I am so in shock! Midoring and Chisa gotta learn dancing on that material rope (like on CDL 07-08). They do it in pain and tears...I think it coast them much...And when they gotta learn this Ayu watch this and say she dont like this...She tells Midoring and Chisa to learn a new choreography with rings! Girls was so angry sad and they cry....Ayu didnt say it to them personality she ask Peco to do this...Ayu act so unfair to girls...they hard work to make a choreography and at least Ayu say she don't like it....
I think she act like a Holy Cow or something

Well, you know how we girls are...
Sometimes we can be mean to eachother :yes And well, just because Ayu is famous this whole thing just gets like "OMG! she did this..." But you know, she's also a person ...

And trust me, I think I would've done the same.
But it's Ayu's show, so... :innocent

*throws paper away*

Also Ayu even admitted back during Dome Tour, I believe, that she's hard on her dancers so I'm not too surprised.

thinkingoutloud89 18th March 2008 07:25 PM

yeah what this about...if she tought it don´t fit gosh the it doesn´t....do a new one...thats what the rehersales are for....they have month of practice...

ayu_fantasy 18th March 2008 07:33 PM

ayu did that??!!! I love her alot.. But she's too perfectionist sometimes... I'll go thinking, "why does everyone have to live up to your high expectations? It's also luck that brings u where now, don't be too much!!" I thought of this of about 5 seconds and after that I liked her back again... haha

ruixiong89 18th March 2008 07:36 PM

I actually think it's important that she's hard on them! Afterall, it's a "ayumi hamasaki" show. People come with high expectations! If it was any other artiste, it wouldn't matter that much. But this is Ayu you're talking about. I don't really see a problem with it. She's always maintained high standards, this isn't any different.

milky_way 18th March 2008 07:46 PM

It's Ayu's show. If she wants to change something, let her. In the end, she's the one signing off on their paychecks.

Ayumiko 18th March 2008 07:57 PM

are you sure that's the reason why she changed it? coz I dunno Japanese...if somebody that knows Japanese can confirm this, that would be great. :)

Yes - but I think they are team and I don't think Ayu concerts don't will be so good if some people didnt help her...All staff give their hearts into the work and Ayu destroy girls hard work...She gotta join their works with some new ideas to don't get it worst...or at least she gotta to tell this to girls personality and apologize to them (I know she is a chew and all that things but they work really hard and as I say Ayu didnt make that good concerts without hard working people...

Ani_C 18th March 2008 08:32 PM

Her show, her rules :P

Melrose 18th March 2008 08:33 PM

Maybe it looked really bad and she realized that they wouldn't get it working properly on time or that it could go wrong during the concert.

^ Honestly speaking, ur ideal don't exist in the real world. It is only exist in the dramas. If it is about business, hardwork is all about it. It is sad to admit it, but that how world works.

milky_way 18th March 2008 08:39 PM

It's not as if she told them a week before the first performance. Ayu expects perfection especially in huge tour like this. If something's obviously not gonna work, there's no sense in letting it go on. Plus, I'd hardly call it destroying their hard work. They've been with Ayu for a while, so if they didn't like how she ran things, they could've left a long time ago.

I admit, I like the hoops better than I probably would've liked the ribbons :/

micster 18th March 2008 08:48 PM

If something looks wrong or does not get a move on quickly then whoever is in charge has to take the bull by the horn and make immediate changes. This happens in productions and even film making [Its happening with me a lot with doing my Media filming project]

Basically its her tour, Everyone is going to see her so she has to put her foot down to make sure everything happens properly

Raiu-Ayu 18th March 2008 09:16 PM

At the end of the day its the 'ayumi hamasaki ASIA TOUR' not 'Chisa and Midoring ASIA TOUR'. Ok maybe ayu could have considered using the idea but obviously she had something else in mind. Besides, if Peco just decided to take it on herself to arrange it she should have gone through ayu first as its her show.

It wasn't a total lost tho, they got to do it at CDL07-08 :P

lfe. 18th March 2008 09:46 PM

since im not fluent in japanese i dont know for sure but from the CDL 06-07 documentary video, it looked like subaru got some lip from ayu for something he did. she may be the nicest person in the world but when you're in charge you have to do things that you dont like to do. ayu probably did not want to waste all of midoring and chisa's efforts and get them angry, but if she saw something she didnt like its ultimately her call to take it out or not.

plus it couldnt have been that serious. midoring and chisa have been part of ayu's dance team for a long time now and still are after CDL 07-08

Who gives a damn?

AyuŽs the star, she calls the shots.

whenever the dancers pay Ayu to do her job, IŽd worry about that.

benslave4u 18th March 2008 10:20 PM

I just feel like they are just under a lot of pressure. And I'm sure there are a lot more behind scene stuff that we do not get to see. And yeah I totally agree that it's ayu's show and I'm sure all the dancers who has worked with her knows that she is very critical on things!! Plus she did say on her Dome tour that she is very hard on her dancers and staff but at the same time she feels like she is a mom to them. Wondering if they are ok? if she is too hard on them. But it's all for the greater good!

Hanabi_surreal 18th March 2008 10:42 PM

well in my dance classes happended similar things 9_9 ...you work so much in a coreography... and when everything was all right the teachers say that was "horrible, borring... etc" and obviously everybody stared to cry -_- ... so in a big show like Ayu's concerts is normal that thinks like those happened...

I haven't seen that part of the documentary, so I can't say if Ayu was right or wrong, I'm only sayin' that this kind of things are more usual that you think ^^

ALPHY 18th March 2008 11:36 PM

It is really what anyone would go through if you were working for one of the biggest artists in Asia. ^^
