I need help.. Whoelse can you recommend male Jpop singer who has great love ballads like Ken Hirai's Hitomi wo tojite, fukuyama masaharu's you and squall, etc. please..

I'm a sucker for Ken's Hitomi wo Tojite . I think if my younger sister didn't played that song for me to listen , I wouldn't be so crazy over him now HAHA

aside from Hitomi wo Tojite , I would recommend the following ballads from him :

- Elegy

- his rendition of The Eagles's DESPERADO . It's the B side of Hitomi wo Tojite , it's bloody good . Sent goosebumps down my spine

- B side of POP STAR , Tameiki Kippu

- Utsukushii Hito , the B side of Kimi no Suki na Toko . You can find both songs on FAKIN' POP

- Shashin , the last track on FAKIN' POP . I almost wanna cried when I heard the full song finally as before that I have heard a snippet of it on youtube . It's said that the song was written & composed by Ken in memory of his late dad who passed away 4 years ago in Nov due to cancer :(

- Ring

- Missin' you ~It will break my heart~ , the tune was composed by Babyface . There's an eng version of the song titled It will break my heart ~English version~ found on the single . It will break my heart ~English version~ is strictly Eng from the start to the end . Ken sang it perfectly to a pitch , it's scary

- hug , the B side of Bye My Melody

- Kiss , the B side of Elegy

Ok I prob can go on & on about Ken forever but I stop now haha . He has other great ballads aside from the ones that I listed down

Kobukuro - Tsubomi (brillant song , def deserved to be their 1st no.1)

KinKi Kids - Anniversary , Harmony of December , Eien ni

T.M.Revolution - Meteor

abingdon boys school - Desert Rose , the B side of BLADE CHORD & no it's not a cover by Sting . It's an original no & the song's in Eng

Shunsuke Kiyokiba. He was from EXILE but now he has a solo career.
He has great songs like Sayonara Itoshii Hito Yo..., believe and Ningen Jarouga!
If you like ballads just download his albums. You will like it!

Akeboshi. He's kind of traditional but he has good songs, good melodies.
He is known for his song WIND (this song was used in NARUTO) but he has more great songs like Akikaze no Uta, Deep End, Faerie Punks, Kamisama no Shitauchi, The Audience, Yellow Moon and Morning high.

Ryohei. I just have his album ReListen. This album is really great. It has many acoustic covers and some good ballads. I love the song (and single) You Said....

Like everyone said, KOBUKURO's "Tsubomi" and "Sakura".

SMAP's "Yozora no MUKOU" and "Lion Heart". EXILE's "Lovers Again" is awesome. Fukuyama Masaharu's "Sakurazaka" is awesome, too. Kuwata Keisuke's "Ashita Hareru kana?" is also good. NEWS' "Hoshi wo Mezashite" is cool. ORANGE RANGE's "Hana" and "KIZUNA". "Sign" by Mr. Children. AAA's "Chewing Gum", "Wonderful Life", "Deai no CHIKARA" and "Deai no CHIKARA II". KinKi Kid's "To Heart".

Hyde's Roentgen album - couldn't ask for a better selection of ballads than that IMO.

Also Akeboshi as well. Tall Boy is a really great song!
