moving avatar??

hi! i've seen that some ppl have moving avatars and i wana know how to do that. can anyone help me plz?????

First of all you will either have to make one (using an app like ImageReady or that PSP app) or get one on the net! Then, it's just a matter of changing it in your profile! :thumbsup
